Our terms and conditions
At GiftsVillage we want you to be sure about us before you commit to any purchase. That is why we have written the Terms and Conditions below so that you can be certain how we work. They are important to both you and ourselves, so please take a few minutes to read them.
For the purposes of these conditions GiftsVillage or any of its trading names shall be referred to as 'we' or 'us' and the customer shall be referred to as 'the customer' or 'you'.
If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way, please contact us immediately.
If you wish to cancel your order simply return the goods in the same condition to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund courier or postage charges already incurred.
If, through no fault of our own or our couriers, we are unable to deliver goods or if we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund the goods less the cost of carriage (both outward and return).
If goods are delivered damaged we will be happy to replace all goods on return of the faulty goods. The gifts items may vary from the samples shown on the website.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
International orders normally take 5-7 days. International orders are sent out entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the reliability or otherwise of overseas postal services. Once goods have left the UK they are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for the payment of import or export duties. If goods are impounded by the Authorities of the country to which you are sending, payment of those duties are your responsibility.
UK orders are sent out within 3 to 5 working days on receipt of your order.
We are not liable for any loss including consequential loss if a gift does not arrive on time.
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your order, or you may select an alternative gift.
